Transaction & Exchange Policy

You can reach us direct at 615-451-0107 with any product questions you may have. Representatives are available 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST) Monday - Friday. All returns and exchanges will be given a store credit unless a refund is requested.

When returning merchandise - please follow these easy steps:

  • Provide a copy of your email order receipt and any other related correspondence with the item you are returning;
  • Repack item(s) with the original packing materials. All returns can only be refunded if returned with original packing materials. (Returned or exchanged items must show no signs of use or wear. If item or the packaging it came in has been used or worn there will be no refund);
  • Please send your return, securely wrapped, prepaid and insured via United States Postal Service or UPS to: Returns Dept

  • Save the receipt for your records.

All Store Items: May be exchanged within 30 days for a store credit or for an item (of the same value) at no additional cost to the customer. All returns will be charged a re-stocking fee of $5.95. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. In store credits and exchanges will have the re-stocking fee waived. No items can be exchanged or returned after 30 days.
